At Oakfield Health Centre we have a Zero Tolerance Policy towards violence, threats, harassment, and abusive behaviour towards our staff. In the event of an incident that poses an immediate risk to staff or patients, receptionists and other frontline staff have the authority to call the police for urgent assistance.
