About the surgery

We are an Advanced Practitioner led practice and utilise triage as a cornerstone of assessment.  We believe this allows the patient prompter access to care that is appropriate for their needs.

The doctors and staff at Oakfield Health Centre in Gravesend are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

There is disabled access throughout the building.

The surgery hosts trainee doctors.
